ListGlobally advertises in +100 real estate portals in 60 countries. Foreign buyers represented 13 percent of Florida’s residential real estate market in 2018, far higher than the national average. Most foreign buyers – 67 percent – made an all-cash purchase. Major foreign home buyers in the Tampa – St. Petersburg – Clearwater area, ranked from largest to smallest, are Canada, United Kingdom, China, Venezuela, Germany, Italy, and Mexico, all of which ListGlobally advertises. Tampa Bay gets a more diverse group of foreign buyers than do other major metro areas in Florida. All statistics are from “2018 Profile of International Residential Real Estate Activity in Florida”, a study by the National Association of Realtors.  It was a natural decision for Elegant Casas to partner with ListGlobally.
