A Concierge team member will call back the buyer within 24 hours to do a more detailed follow up with them, in person.
Phone: Buyer calls a Chinese toll-free number directly, where a team member will speak to the buyer directly.
Chat: Buyer uses online chat platforms to get in touch with a Concierge member
All the enquiries will be dispatched out to agents/developers via email.
2. Qualifying questions include:
Reason for purchase: investment / education / business / migration
Property Criteria: location, size, price point, etc.
Viewing: when/if the buyer plans to visit the country where the property is located
Timeline: the time-frame that the buyer has in mind to complete the purchase
Finances: intention to pay cash, finance the purchase, etc.
With these questions, the ListGlobally’s Chinese Concierge Team is able to narrow down about 5-8 ideal properties that suit the buyer, then they match those listings with agencies and/or agents.

Typically, we find that about 65% of the enquiries are from buyers who are keen to understand more about the market and would like to be matched up with 4-6 agents so they can have a more objective view of the market.
The remaining 35% of enquiries typically turn into warm leads for our Global Agents.
