From the couple who moved to open bakeries in Lisbon, to pure real estate investors and retirees who take advantage of favorable fiscal legislation, over 50,000 French are now living in Portugal. Even though prices have gone up since 2015, opportunities still exist as prices are still more than twice cheaper than in Paris.
