La société se lance désormais en Suisse. Elle a mis au point une plateforme d’annonces immobilières en location ou en vente. Cette dernière est gratuite pour les fonctionnalités de base, mais les agents qui payent 60 francs par mois ont davantage de services à disposition. Les agents qui veulent vendre leurs biens doivent payer pour apparaître sur le portail, et préfèrent ainsi sélectionner certains portails plutôt que d’autres. Nous avons un modèle ressemblant davantage à Airbnb, avec une portée internationale. Si un étudiant va à Lisbonne, il doit trouvera sur Properstar un très grand choix d’annonces toutes traduites en français. Ce qui est réellement innovant dans notre plateforme est le portail miroir - nommé myListGlobally - pour les agents. Comme pour Uber où il y a une interface pour le client et une autre pour le chauffeur, nous avons une interface pour les acheteurs et une autre pour les agents. Ils pourront interagir directement avec les clients à travers un chat en ligne, là où il fallait transiter par des mails et des téléphones auparavant.
