Geoffroy Reiser, CEO Europe de[ListGlobally](https://www.listglobally.com/portals/france/premium) était l’invité de Léo Attias, président de FIABCI France. Sa mission ? Aider les professionnels de l’immobilier à renforcer leur stratégie de marketing à l’international. ## L’immobilier international en France ? 15 à 20 milliards de transactions par an Le CEO Europe du réseau international de portails immobiliers ListGlobally a d’abord présenté les résultats de sa dernière étude sur les acheteurs étrangers en France. Il en ressort qu’en 2918, la France représentait 14 % de la demande internationale pour les visites et l’achat de biens immobiliers. *« En France, les acheteurs étrangers pèsent 15 à 20 milliards d’euros de transactions par an. La clientèle internationale représente 10 et 20 milliards d’euros de transactions en Espagne et 6 à 7 milliards d’euros environ au Portugal »,* calcule détaille Geoffroy Reiser.
